The "Enneagram of Personality" takes the participants on a deep dive into the heart of the Enneagram. The participant is introduced to the Enneagram through the cognitive, emotional, and spiritual dimensions of the type, providing a unique and enlightening wholistic view of the numerous manifestations of each type and its structure.
In this diploma, the participant will learn about:
- The history and origins of the Enneagram
- The Enneagram symbol and some of its components and meanings
- The fundamental Laws of the Enneagram
- Human primary feelings and emotions
- The human intelligence centers, and the Enneagram triads
- The 9 Enneagram types in detail
- The childhood wounds reflected through each type structure
- Inner and outer dimensions and manifestations of the types
- The highest potential of each type, and their mission on earth
- The light of essence within each type, beyond the persona
- Tritype theory and the 3 centered type structure
- Wing theory, and the effect of adjacent types
- Dynamic movement and the effect of internal connecting lines
- Resources for growth, and the move from a static to a dynamic model
- Core instinctual forces and biases within humans
- The 27 Enneagram Subtypes, or instinctual variants.
- Observing the types through Enneagram Panels

- 12 live 2 hour sessions with Dr. ElSherbini
- 12 additional live 2 hour sessions with the course support and facilitation team. Several weekly slots are provided for flexibility.
