Ms. Nataliia Yuriy Bolshakova devoted her career to working in education and up-bringing. Being a Ukrainian, Ms. Bolshakova got the majority of her professional training and teaching in Europe. She was delivering classes, providing educational courses, and leading methodological work in American-Ukrainian Lyceum and English Language Institute “Club SAM”. Since 1997 Ms. Bolshakova was holding projects of educational volunteer work in orphan houses, with the focus on upbringing and preparation for active participation in public life; organizing and leading international volunteer camps in Governmental Youth Organization in Ukraine.

In 2015 Ms. Bolshakova became a Cofounder of the internationally accredited psychological school – Enneagram Egypt. Nowadays, she holds the title of President of Enneagram Egypt and is working as both a methodologist and a psychologist for the school. Ms. Bolshakova is the author and the teacher of a psychological course, devoted to raising self-awareness in teenagers – “Teeneagram”.

Since the beginning of working in the field of education and psychology Ms. Bolshakova attended numerous programs and obtained the following degrees:

-  Post Graduate Teacher Training Program, Diploma;

-  Methodology of Modern Teaching, Practitioner;

-  Practical Application of Psychotherapeutically Studies with children and Adults, Accreditation;

-  Symbol-drama in family relations, Practitioner;

-  Neuro-linguistic programming, Practitioner;

-  Family constellation program, Practitioner;

-  Enneagram Accredited Program, Enneagram Egypt School, Graduate;

-  Enneagram program from International Coach and Trainer Association; Master.


Ms. Bolshakova is holding Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Philology and Teaching English as a Second Language, Dnipropetrovsk State University, Ukraine, and is currently getting her Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology at Moscow Institute of Psychoanalyses, Russia.

Rania Hussein



Ms. Hussein is currently working as an Elementary German Teacher. She has been passionately working with children over the past 19 years, both in the formal (traditional) & informal education system. 

Throughout her 19 years of work with children Ms. Hussein attended several training programs including: Classroom management; Circle time techniques; Behavior modification; Positive Parenting and teaching Foreign Language for Early Childhood years. Ms. Hussein is also a Certified Positive Parenting Educator. 

Her journey with Enneagram started in December 2017. She successfully met the requirements of “Enneagram Egypt” school and is recognized as an Enneagram teacher and trainer. She is currently a senior facilitator at the School and is part of the team working on “The Enneagram Egypt School Project” (EESP). Her passion for Enneagram is clear in her endeavor to pursue higher courses in this field and in working towards getting internationally accredited. Realizing the tremendous impact of the Enneagram on her own life, be it the personal or professional one, she is now reaching out to everyone within her circle in an effort to raise self-awareness. On the professional level she is attempting to make a much needed connection between the Teaching Environment & the Uses of the Enneagram. Apart from the workshops offered, she holds periodic discussion sessions with her colleagues to assess how their recent knowledge of the Enneagram is affecting their lives, both as teachers and at home with their families.

Ms. Hussein is a Business Administration graduate, American University in Cairo; and holds a Masters degree in Financial Management with distinction, Exeter University, England.
