Reporting to the President of Enneagram Egypt, the Teachers’ Project Coordinator is an entry-level position responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating the Teachers’ Project according to the predetermined timelines and budgets. Planning the project life cycle and ensuring quality control throughout project life cycles are central to this position.
Responsibilities:
- Manage project development from initiation to closure.
- Be accountable for project results along with Enneagram Egypt teachers.
- Work with Enneagram Egypt teachers to complete project schedule outlining scope, goals, deliverables, required recourses, budget, and timing.
- Complete work breakdown structure to estimate the effort required for each task.
- Provide a project schedule to identify when each task will be performed.
- Clearly communicate expectations and planning to teachers.
- Act as a mediator between Enneagram Egypt administration, teachers, and centers, where the teaching occurs.
- Resolve any issues and solve problems throughout the project life cycle.
- Efficiently manage project scope by ensuring any changes to scope.
- Ensure the smooth running of the teachers’ courses in the centers with provided material, posters, mats, teaching facilities, snacks.
- Monitor the cash flow from the students and payment details (unless the center is responsible for this).
- Supply students’ payments report to the Enneagram Egypt administrative assistant.
- Monitor regular reports from the centers to the Enneagram Egypt administrative assistant.
- Be responsible for the clientele for the teachers’ programs.
- Communicate and work with the Marketing team to promote the project.
- Determine if an additional position will be required to complete the project plan. If required, recruit (with the approval of the Enneagram Egypt President) and manage appropriate staffing recourses.
- Track and report on project milestones and provide status reports to the administration.
- Determine how results will be measured and complete a post-life cycle evaluation to determine how well results were achieved.
- Develop tools and best practices for project management and execution.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree level or more
- Strong leadership, management, and organizational skills
- Excellent oral, written, cross-functional, and interpersonal communication skills that are appropriate for various levels, including management, staff, teachers, and students
- Developed influencing and negotiation skills
- Good project planning and execution skills, including the ability to make mid-course corrections
- Strong decision-making skills, including the ability to balance conflicting interest
- Self-motivated with the ability to work well both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Ability to deal and respond objectively to new ideas
- Strong problem solver and planner with organizational and analytical ability
- Computer knowledge, including word processing, Google sheets
- Owning a means of transportation
